Just a quick question, semi-new player here

Hello,



I just was wondering how you get Pets? Like the "Black Lantern Kitty." I see them in the auction house but I haven't seen them in the Item Mall. Are they just something you have a chance of getting from the Paragon Table? I'm curious cus I'm building characters to represent different characters from my animes and stuff.
