Hi,
They've released plenty of character content so that people in the end game should have light side toons to play with in territory battles. (Jedi for Yoda, Phoenix for Thrawn, Ep. 4 folks for Luke, Luke and R2 themselves, Chaze that was previously meta. But we have only arena for ships, so many may have only been farming for DS ships to go with their Tarkin and limiting it to light side would leave out a sizeable portion of the player base.
